We are focused on supporting people with disability to achieve optimal independence, health and quality of life. We work with people of all ages to treat a range of health conditions — aiming to restore or maintain mobility and flexibility, reduce or eliminate aches and pain, and improve overall well-being — so you can participate at work, home, school and in your community. During your appointment we discuss your health history, assess your current functionality and movement, and devise an evidence-based treatment plan aligned to your needs and goals.
How we can help
We can assist you with a variety of areas to help you live your optimal life, including but not limited to:
- Selecting equipment to assist mobility
- Teaching you how to use equipment or supports
- Creating better strategies for daily tasks such as getting in and out of bed, showering, dressing or preparing meals
- Assisting with weight management
- Managing other chronic health conditions
- Setting and tracking your goals to maintain motivation and productivity
- Identifying and implementing strategies to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being
We work with both plan-managed and private clients under the NDIS. We'll help prepare a plan for your treatment and can work with your other medical professionals to ensure the best results.
In-clinic, home visits & telehealth
As part of our commitment to all our clients and families we offer in-clinic and home visits as well as telehealth. If your mobility or the severity of your injury means you can't easily leave home, Jason can come to you; telehealth physiotherapy is also available — an excellent option if you need to stay home, are based outside Sydney, or are in an affected area.
