Which clinic should I choose?

Lawson (Shop 2, 9 Staples Crescent) is open Monday – Wednesday, 9am – 5pm; Warrimoo (33 Spurwood Road) is open Wednesday, 9am – 5:30pm. Home visits are available between Glenbrook and Katoomba. Not sure? Choose "Either" on the form and we'll help you find a time.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Any relevant scans or referrals, your private-health or Medicare details, and comfortable clothing you can move in. Initial appointments run 45–60 minutes.
