Billing & your claim

To bill the insurer directly under the Workers Compensation scheme, we need your claim number, your doctor's referral and the insurer's details. We then communicate with your treating team throughout your care.

Throughout your treatment we communicate with your nominated treating doctor, insurer and other necessary health professionals — sharing your treatment progress, functional ability and capacity for work, plus any barriers to returning to work.

Home visits and telehealth are available if your injury or mobility means you can't easily leave home.
